Vortrag von Maria Pieper (Kompetenzzentrum IT-Sicherheit am FZI Forschungszentrum Informatik Karlsruhe): Der Vortrag behandelt die Formalisierung des Rechts strukturiert nach der Methodenlehre Karl Larenz. Das nach diesen Grundsätzen entwickelte teilautomatisierende Rechtsanwendungsprogramm arbeitet mit einer Ontologie (semantic web), die die automatisierte Unterstützung des Rechtsanwenders bei der juristischen Subsumtion zum Gegenstand hat. |
